Happy Valentine’s Day.
Will and I are planning on dinner at home this evening. I always find that eating out on special occasions always under delivers. I planned an exciting dinner, one that involves roasting garlic in the oven. I will have to keep you posted on how that turns out. We will be enjoying one of my recent wine favorites – Tin Roof’s 2005 Merlot – coming in at $7.99. It’s surprisingly delicious for its price category.
And finally, below is a picture of the roses that I got myself today. Work had them on sale in the lobby. They will keep me company at my desk.
