I’ve stalked Craigslist for about a month looking for a Kohler pedestal sink and/or faucet for our hallway bath. Finally last night, one that I had eyed had its priced dropped again (for the 2nd time) and I thought now was the time to jump on it. So I drove out to Pflugerville to pick it up last night with my friend Carol and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I love it, it’s perfect, and it was 1/3 of the price new.

You may be asking yourself why the bathroom isn’t done by now. I am too… We realized that a significant amount of the bathroom was taken over by our AC closet, so we started moving on our roofing bids in hopes that we could add some pitch to the room, regain our attic space, and put the HVAC in the attic. Because this was pending, I didn’t want to drywall the place and then re-drywall it. So, we’re awaiting our last bid. If it’s anything like the first, we’ll call it a day and just live with our no-attic house.
Until then, we’re still enjoying our studs.
