Bathroom is un-officially done! We’ve been enjoying it for the past few weeks, but it’s un-officially finished today. I’m not going to say it’s finished because I think i’ll continue to add things. I really wanted a tall antique ladder to put towels on and I wish I had just lacquered the shelves once I stained them brown (I wanted them super shiny!).
I’m so thankful to be “done.” I really love the result and am thankful for all the learning opportunities along the way. Thank you Craigslist for the sink! Thank you Capital Granite and Tile for doing a beautiful job and for being a friend along the way. Thank you Juan! Thank you Will for yanking the tub out and then setting the new (cast iron) one in again and again… and again. and thank you to myself. I almost died.
I’m already moving on to the 2nd bathroom. By the way – Does anyone know a good electrician in town? Looking to install recessed lighting in our living room.
