When we moved into the house, we discovered that the previous owners had left their dog house. After trying several times to sell it on craigslist but due to it’s size and weight no one was able to remove it. So we decided just to make the best of the situation and paint it – fire engine red to be exact.
After a quick trip to Breed’s I was back at home with everything I needed… and at 70% off – thank you side walk sale! However when I got home I was seduced by an old gallon of paint that I bought for our living room. So I changed my mind from red to green and was on my way.

It’s actually cuter than our house – And it’s almost just as big!
Hopefully someday we can give it a tenant.
